Hi guy's - first of all. I’m very happy being here! Thank y’all for making this possible. 👋🏻 I’m a 20 year old agency owner from Germany, which leads to having a lot of work every day. 🚀 What do I bring to the table? I played professional soccer from age 5-18 (RB Leipzig for everyone with good knowledge). That’s why I can help y’all with endurance, speed and agility methods. Furthermore I have good knowledge about Makros and so on. The problem is: I’m missing creativity in kitchen 😭 📍Current Situation Since 2 years I try to improve in regard to fitness but I’m stagnating a bit. The main 3 reasons are: 1. Often only 6h sleep 2. Problems to have all calories I Need 3. Only 4 times a week time to workout and sometimes only 1h time 📈What I hope to learn here I wish people could help me especially with eating habits and compound workouts I can do to gain muscles and remain lean and sporty.
