I'm second. Woo hoo! 1. I live in the USA 2. I am a GenX who started making websites when the internet was young. I paused when CSS got too complicated. Stopped when WordPress took over. Restarted when searching for a fun escape from law (recovering lawyer here) and learned a bit more CSS while having fun. Stopped when JavaScript made it less fun. Restarted when static site generators and Vanilla JS made HTML/CSS sexy again. Tried several of those kitchen sink courses and didn't finish any of them... And now I am here. I know a little bit of a lot of things, but don't know enough of anything to make the kind of website I want to make. 3. I want to learn how to make fun, interactive websites that are more than just sites on the web. I want the website to captivate the user's attention before they even look at the content (design). I then want the user to interact with the content and not just passively consume it (coding). I want accountability. I want to be able to fail quickly and fail often and have the support of a community to keep trying. Let's go!
