Hey Everyone. I have had a hard time understanding how to connect with potential customers so I set up a market stall at a local event to understand what questions people were asking about my products. I found out that people assume all spices are spicy!!! Because I live a breathe my products and have grown up using and eating spices I assumed everyone knew what I knew. Silly huh? I'm going to build this learning into my site and my ads. So I would highly recommend this market stall approach to understanding customers. Cheap, easy and fun! Hey @Simon Trafford. As discussed on our BFCM boot camp group call on Tuesday, I have tried lots of different ways to grow my customer base ready for BFCM 2023 and not sure where I am going wrong with my ads. Im kinda getting more concerned as time is approaching, as my customer email group isn't currently very responsive at all (which I am also working on but its a slower burn). So really think I need a new engaged audience ready for the sales is the aim for me right now. Although I am not a MME proper client, It would be fab to be able to get a bit more support in my ads - Im just very lost at the moment. Thanks Anisha
