I got the below email yesterday & I am going to evaluate the deal tomorrow to see if it's viable before sending it off to my investors. Should I do a live of me evaluating it?

Hello. I have two questions. 1) If we get investor buyers on the MLS, don't they already have agreements with other agents? 2) Many investors don't like to sign exclusive agreements. Especially ones that deal with a lot of agents. How do you address this issue?

While being a military wife in Germany, I worked for the military post store "AAFES". I got deployed to run a store during a training operation in Poland. While I was there I was able to meet city officials, visit an orphanage (which totally broke my heart). In doing that, I met with the training commander and was able to fly in supplies of food, and have a fun day for the children to meet the military people and climb on some tanks and a black hawk. That specific day I will never forget the smiles and the fun those children had. Thank you for letting me share that.
