To be honest, I really like the idea. This specific time block wouldn’t be able to follow because it conflicts with things I have to do but I would try something similar or start writing things down on an agenda!
What Does Success Mean To You?
There is something so beautiful about life when you realize, what that is for you. This changes the perspective in you. I genuinely think that everyone can live a life that they are excited to wake up to. Take some time to genuinely think of what that means to you. Share your Ideas🧠

Honestly the meaning of success is more complicating to me, but I guess success to me is overcoming your failures. I feel like alot of people are scared to fail and never get the chance to try something new (or failed and don’t want to try again) and I’m one of those people but I’m working on that. I’d say success isn’t the finishing line but the work of progress through it, it’s not just about reaching goals but growing through the journey, learning from every step. True success is when you feel fulfilled, balanced, and proud of the effort you’ve put in, while staying true to your values. To me it’s about making progress in ways that matter most, both personally and in the way you can possibly contribute to the world around you.

I’d say maybe building a shared vision that aligns everyone toward a common goal. Hiring should focus not just on skills but also maybe on culture fit, like ensuring team members complement each other and share the “company’s values”.
