Want to know how I built a 6-figure speaking business? Let me break it down for you...
Everyone talks about getting on stages, but nobody mentions the THREE ways you actually make money as a speaker. Here's the tea: 1. Direct Speaking Gigs This is the obvious one, but hear me out - it's not just about the keynote fee! I started charging $5K per talk, but now? Some speakers in my network pull $25K+ PER EVENT. The secret? Package your talks like premium products, not one-off gigs. 2. Training Programs This is where the REAL money is, fam. Turn your 60-minute keynote into a full-day workshop and watch your revenue 3x. Companies will pay $10K-$50K for comprehensive training. Plus, you're actually making a deeper impact! 3. Your Content Empire Y'all, this is the game-changer most speakers miss! Every time you speak, you should be: - Selling your book at the back of the room - Promoting your online course - Growing your coaching program - Building your email list Hot Take: The speakers making the most money aren't just speakers - they're BUSINESSES. Learn more about growing your speaking business by grabbing a Seat to the 5 Days to 5 Figure Speaking Gigs Challenge ➑️ https://www.speaking4profit.com/offers/diz5z3Nd/checkout?coupon_code=BLACKFRIDAY24

Thanks for this actionable knowledge Evolve.
Start With Validation, Not Creation
Before investing time in developing a complete course, begin by testing your ideas through focused workshops. This approach lets you refine your material while building a loyal audience. The 3-Step Workshop Launch Process 1. Validate Your Offer First - Survey your existing network: - Social media followers - Email subscribers - Professional contacts - Personal connections Reach out personally to interested parties and gather crucial feedback: - What specific outcomes would they value most? - What would make the workshop irresistible? - What scheduling options work best? - Which topics are most pressing for them? 2. Design Around Your Audience Take your proven framework and adapt it based on: - Direct audience feedback - Identified pain points - Preferred learning styles - Time and format preferences 3. Launch and Iterate - Start with a pilot workshop - Gather participant feedback - Refine your content - Scale what works Build Your Workshop Business Ready to take the next step? I'm hosting a free workshop series called "Workshop Accelerator" that will guide you through: - Creating compelling workshop content - Setting up your digital infrastructure - Marketing your workshops effectively - Building a sustainable business model Join the waitlist to receive special offers from my preferred partner Kajabi including exclusive platform discounts. Join the Workshop Accelerator Waitlist https://www.speaking4profit.com/WorkshopWaitlist Workshop series begins November 1, 2024. Bonus 🎁 A photo of myself in Dominican Republic πŸ‡©πŸ‡΄! I made $3,000 from the replay of a paid workshop while on this trip!

Got a lot out of the webinar! Thank you.
I just finished a virtual presentation that went GREAT
The results are in! I just finished a virtual presentation for the Rockwood Leadership Institute. This is an annual community call I host with leaders nationwide, focusing on well-being and self-care. The session was called "Write it Out, Navigating Uncertain Times." I created this presentation during the 2020 lockdown when my day job required me to stay home. I used it to support students, staff, and faculty at a leading medical school, and now I'm sharing it with the world. I have a follow up process after every presentation. I share the feedback I got from talkadot with the organizer and ask if there is an opportunity for us to host the event again. I always want to bring the conversation up 24-48 hours after the event because the organizer is more likely to respond. This is my standard follow-up process after every speaking engagement. Next, I'll follow up with attendees who expressed interest in working with me. What's your post-talk ritual for success? Share in the comments so we can all learn and grow together!

That's a good idea I'm definitely going to use, to ask if the event can be held again.
