Avoid Getting Burnt By Business Partners
I am watching Shark Tank right now and the thought just came to me that these guys don't just give money to people and not keep tabs on people. I had some pretty nasty issues with someone I did business with spending almost all the money we had (80k) on her friends podcast with an average of 50 views while stonewalling real progress and I am interested if you guys know of any of the tactics that one of these sharks would use to keep the people they are investing in accountable. I assume for starters there are contracts and quarterly reviews of how money was spent and caps on how much money can be spent without authorization from someone, but what kind of legal actions can they use to hold partners accountable? I don't expect people to do the right thing because it's the right thing to do anymore. If a business partner were to drain the bank account doing something that provides zero value for the company is that just chalked up to stupidity or can you hold someone accountable for nuking a business which you own half of?

Contracts are only worth what you are willing to spend to uphold them. Period. With that in mind...always have a bigger war chest. If you know that you have X amount of funds specifically earmarked for "legal battles" then you can somewhat quantify how comfortable you are in engaging in any business relationship. The best way to be taken advantage of in business is by not having complete and total knowledge of your product or service. If you want complete and total understanding of your business then you must have frequent check-ins/meetings/calls ect. with everyone involved in revenue production.
HLSR - BBQ Cook-off
I've got access to two tents at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo BBQ cook-off. Working on access to tent 3. This event really comes alive at night. If you're a fellow H-Tine resident...don't sleep on the HLSR cook-off. I've watched a few video/photography videos on getting better shots with a cellphone and the consensus seems to be that cellphones are garbage for night shots. That being said should I be leaning more towards shooting videos? The goal being to shoot vids with interspersed stills for Instagram reels? I'm not real confident in getting quality photographs for the type of Instagram I'd like to emulate. Any advice is always appreciated.

I'll get it rolling... Why We Sleep - Dr. Matt Walker Read it if you want to know just about everything there is to know about sleep and why you should absolutely be making sleep a much higher priority.
Share your workout-splits!
Hey guys, what is your current gym split? Mine is minimum 4x Gym per week in a 2-split. Day 1/3: Chest-Back-Shoulders typically 3-5 sets for 2 excersizes for chest and back and then some sort of lateral raise for 4-6 sets. Day 2/4: Legs-arms typically 3-5 sets for 2 excersizes for bic/tric and 3 sets hams + 4-6 sets quads for one excersize. I do core (hyperextension weighted and abs) as a warmup 4-6 sets total + warm up sets. Some BJJ 1-2 times per week as well.

Been working Jim Wendlers 531 program since 3-19-23. Honestly can't say enough good things about it. I'm able to track ABSOLUTELY everything because of the 531 app on my phone. Started off with a typical 3 day split (mwf) but as I've progressed I'm now in the gym 5 days a week minimum with most days consisting of a 5am workout and a 2pm cardio session (treadmill or heavy bag). Workouts consist of mostly compound lifts concentrating on improving strength but end with one lift of lower weight/higher volume (known as boring but big in the app & program). @Max Villman maybe start hitting the sauna or cold plunging?
