Hey guys, what is your current gym split?
Mine is minimum 4x Gym per week in a 2-split.
Day 1/3: Chest-Back-Shoulders
typically 3-5 sets for 2 excersizes for chest and back and then some sort of lateral raise for 4-6 sets.
Day 2/4: Legs-arms
typically 3-5 sets for 2 excersizes for bic/tric and 3 sets hams + 4-6 sets quads for one excersize.
I do core (hyperextension weighted and abs) as a warmup 4-6 sets total + warm up sets.
Some BJJ 1-2 times per week as well.
