Bring in 12M in net new AUM. Focus on small business owners more then ever before. I find good WL opportunities here besides AUM. Need to find new admin assistant as current quit 3 weeks ago. Have ZERO marketing game as far as using existing CRM data base. And building personal branding. Have been talking about this but done nothing :( Want to have prospects almost sold on ME even before I pitch them. It should increase closing ratios dramatically.
