Dear Friends, What a wonderful 3 days together! Thank you so much to Aaron, Victor, & Mat for facilitating this. I have been so inspired connecting with many of you, enjoying what you're sharing and most of all - I have felt so supported by you all even in moments of pure weakness and vulnerability. As I have shared with some of you - my Full Time Purpose will be opening this retreat center/wildlife sanctuary in Costa Rica. The concept behind the center is a place where humans are healing animals and in turn, animals heal humans. The hospital/wildlife portion will take some time as the permitting process for this is very slow in CR - Pura Vida lol - but the retreat center will be ready in few months! Right now I am totally immersed in the construction of this facility which will have 8 private bungalows on the property along with a hostel-like quarters to offer a less private but more economical space. I am building the wildlife hospital with the meditation/yoga deck above it (as you can see in the drawings here). I plan to be open this Fall 2023 to host all sorts of spiritual retreats - yoga, meditation, sacred medicine, sound healing, ocean conservation, wildlife experiences, nature connectivity etc. We are walking distance to the beach with the most beautiful sunsets imaginable (pictured here, no filter). I tried to do a video but it kept saying too big. I tried making them shorter but still nothing. So here’s it written out. Maybe its the fear giving up on the video because I did have a hard time making it. Imposter syndrome and fear 😩 ah but Im wanting to put myself on YouTube and make videos with intentional body movement that allows healthy energy flow and helps people to release stagnant energy and pent up emotions. But also incorporate a healthy, colorful, holistically healing nutrition to heal and balance the chakras As well as crystal and reiki healing That’s just this year🥺 Once I have this down packed I plan to expand to many more ideas I have. 🥰 The idea fairy comes to me with multiple ways to impact the world

Back in late 1980s... or early 1990s... I am not sure when exactly... but the Hopi Tribal Elders said to the world... "There are no aliens going to come down from space to save us... there are no ascended masters going to descend from heaven to heal our world... the Atlanteans are not going to rise out of the oceans to help and guide us... No... we are going to have to save ourselves...and so... WE ARE THE PEOPLE WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR... So stop to consider that... you ARE the healer/ therapist / psychic / coach that your tribe has been waiting for... And if you don't turn up to help them... who will? If you don't turn up with the final piece of the jigsaw they need to make sense of the pattern of their life... there is no guarantee that they will find it from / with anyone else... It may be that they are counting on you turning up in their life... YOU ARE THE PERSON YOUR TRIBE IS WAITING FOR... So all your trials and suffering... was for a purpose perhaps... but you need to follow through... Remember that... So no pressure... but you are more important then you realise... I doubt anyone else has ever told you that the Universe is counting on your delivering the message / healing that is much needed by many... But it's true... Something else... Orin, the guide of Sanaya Roman, who transitioned about a year ago... once said that NOW... the early 2020s... the world is going to be desperately in need of healers... in lots of different areas... and the Universe is going to produce healers like never before... because the Universe needs us to heal Humanity and so... through us... the planet... I think Orin was referring to you and me... to us... WE ARE THE PEOPLE THE PLANET HAS BEEN WAITING FOR... And if you are cringing at the thought of that... Remember also what Marianne Williamson has said... "Our greatest fear isn't that we are weak... or ugly... or powerless... but to realise that... in fact... we are powerful beyond measure..." That we are Soul / Spirit incarnate... just visiting Planet Earth to help put... to help those we can... to lift up their hearts to the light...
