Day 1 homework

I tried to do a video but it kept saying too big. I tried making them shorter but still nothing. So here’s it written out. Maybe its the fear giving up on the video because I did have a hard time making it. Imposter syndrome and fear 😩 ah but

Im wanting to put myself on YouTube and make videos with intentional body movement that allows healthy energy flow and helps people to release stagnant energy and pent up emotions.

But also incorporate a healthy, colorful, holistically healing nutrition to heal and balance the chakras

As well as crystal and reiki healing

That’s just this year🥺

Once I have this down packed I plan to expand to many more ideas I have. 🥰

The idea fairy comes to me with multiple ways to impact the world
