deal with self-doubt or negative self-talk?
i've read so many books and watched countless courses trying to figure out how to control / handle self-doubt and negative self-talk but honestly none of them seem to offer any great advice. Having those moments where my inner critic just won't quiet down, it's frustrating self-doubt creeps in telling-not good enough or that im going to mess up and no matter how much i try to apply what i've learned it just doesn't seem to help so how do you deal with it any real-world strategies or routines that actually work maybe you've found something that really makes a differencestill trying to figure it out let's share our experiences and see if we can help each other out

hey Tim, so the thing is the anti "Negative Self Talk" or Confidence we can call it is something that is alive in it of itself, so you have to feed it in order for it to grow, reading books and courses only can help to an extent, i totally get it. I’ve had my fair share of self-doubt too. One thing that’s helped me is setting small goals and celebrating those wins. it’s kinda like building up confidence little by little. also, keeping a journal where i jot down my thoughts can be really eye-opening. sometimes just writing it out helps me see things clearer and challenge those negative thoughts. we all gotta find what works best for us, get experience on beating you negative self voice.
wanted to share my story
a story about lonelinnes, my anxiety on how persistence and guidance helped me, used to get super anxious just thinking about talking to strangers it felt like something i could never do, and want to say it doesnt happen instantly, it doesnt happen in a short period of time, you have to attack your comfort zone relentlesly you have to make yourself get out of your comfort zone again and again but it doesnt have to be alone thats the key, all his personal insights and all the content on anxiety podcasts on youtube by Dr Heath and other online therapists really made it a positive journey started to slowly step out of my comfort zone without totally freaking out, it is always better with a mentor i promise. here is an episode i suggest everyone who relates watches https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5yGZIBTk3w&ab_channel=TherapyBites
