Aligning Your Diet with Your Human Design
Fuel Your Body the Right Way with Human Design 🌿 One of the most exciting aspects of Human Design is how it can guide your diet and nutrition choices, helping you fuel your body in a way that feels natural and effective. Each Human Design type has different dietary needs and ways of processing food. Here are some tailored tips: • Manifestors: Focus on quick, energizing meals that allow you to stay active without feeling weighed down. • Generators: Your body thrives on a balanced, consistent diet. Listen to your sacral response to guide your food choices. • Manifesting Generators: Incorporate a variety of foods that keep your energy high. Your dynamic nature might require a more diverse diet. • Projectors: Opt for light, easily digestible foods that nourish without overwhelming your system. • Reflectors: Pay attention to how different foods make you feel over time, and allow your diet to be as fluid as your energy. By aligning your diet with your Human Design, you can support your body’s natural rhythms and make weight loss or maintenance feel effortless. What changes have you made to your diet based on your Human Design type?

My husband and I have several cookbooks we had never opened… so for now, when meal-prepping, we pick one new recipe for lunch for the week, and another new recipe for dinner for the week, which the diversity in meals really aligns with my manifesting generator profile!

Knowing that I follow my sacral center more than anything by trusting my gut, I think this contributed to how I ended up with my husband. A friend once told me sometimes you get the feeling that this is someone you want to be around, vs others that you may not want to be around. I definitely had the feeling of wanting to be around my husband, purely based on gut instinct. I have also had this experience when working with patients. Sometimes, patients don’t always connect with their provider. When this has happened, I usually feel the need to have them see one of my coworkers who they may connect better with!

Designing Your Perfect Workout with Human Design

As a manifesting generator, I absolutely love mixing up workouts, but with a consistent format! Usually I start off with a HIIT-type workout, then do strength training after. Other days, I like to just focus on cardio, like swimming or playing basketball, and other days I just keep it to strength training ☺️
