Why is it that every time a lead pick up (from the very few that actually do) and I tell the reason I am calling is because you inquired about x offer and then they just hang up. I know that it might be because some leads could click on the lead from and the questions will be pre-filled but I already removed the pre-filled questions with manual questions So what could be some other reason that my ad is attraction leads that are low quality and that aren't picking up that I should look out for?

I have been trying a new method of sales, doing a discovery call + proposal as taught by the master himeself @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell. At first I thought it was hopeless however I feel as though I have figured it out, you pretty much get them to say yes on the call before you agree to send the proposal. Huge win for me!
