Today I managed to get out of bed before 1pm. I live alone with my beautiful tuxedo kitty Nala. I made sure to restock her feeder, for which she was very grateful. Then I began to cook myself a little brunch, no eating out today. I am a pretty good cook so I will be doing more cooking, which I actually enjoy doing. Then it's on to cleaning up my home, I have neglected to clean my room for days. I am trying to snap out of this depression. I hope everyone have a nice weekend.

Hello everyone, I am new to the group and I am excited to be here. I am 47 years old and I have been a T6-8 para for around 41years. I was injured at the age of 5 and was only a few weeks away from my 6th birthday. I'm trying to get out of this deep depression I have been, the only thing I've spent my time doing is ording from door dash and sitting home watching YouTube. I use to live a very active life and I am trying to get back to that.

My name is Lorry, I am 52 years old with Spina Bifida. I was always very active but since menopause and getting older..I have gained weight and loss energy and muscle tone. I took a personal training course and have been slowly plugging away at my goals. Otherwise have a great life, a loving, husband and scoot about town on my Rio scooter, happy cat and parrot owner.
