Everyone talks about motivation lol, I honestly believe in a cocktail formula: Passion + Growth + Nice Music + Healthy + Black Coffeee + Dance This will solve your issue. I personally work 12 hours a day on stuff I lovvveee What I also see is if you are trying to be motivated for something ask yourself, what are the expectations that you set in what time frame? 1. Awareness of Current Expectations 2. Zoom out Long Term 3. Attach a Massive Goal (that isn't achieveable next month) Sometimes the wrong expectations can lead to feeling bad because you are not at your goal yet. You believe that you should be there already, you subconciously compare yourself with people and see how they do it. Where it seems you could do a 100x better job. What worked for me was asking myself: Would I do this for free? Would I do what I do, if everything got covered for my to survive, live etc? Ofcourse I want to see growth and build big shit, but the direction which you want to do this in is more important to define I believe.
