Great post and one I hold dearly to my heart. Whilst stranded and lost in the jungle with just the clothes on my back, I kept telling myself this. For 11 days, no food or water, no shelter other than the natural shade of the trees, I knew I had to keep it moving, even if it was only a few steps or crawls a day. I never gave up believing, but I knew I was alone, no one knew where I was, no communication. The only option was to help myself. After taking many turns, facing wild animals, crossing crocodile infested waters, swimming through lagoons I made it to civilisation, only you can save you, and it requires moving! If I had stayed and waited for someone to help me, I would still be there now in the same place most probably dead. It’s a life or death move for real
