Could anyone advise me please. I am considering purchasing a pair of blue light filtering glasses for daytime computer use for my daughter from Bon Charge. She works from home 5 days a week staring at her computer. Would these be my best option glasses wise? It is a slow burn trying to make her understand the dangers of this and other aspects we are all learning about! Blue light blockers for night time and bulbs are next on my list for her health.
