I had a chat with an Uber Driver this morning
I was getting groceries delivered to my place and the Uber driver all of a sudden opened up about some struggles he was dealing with recently. We conversed for about forty minutes. I noticed his dialogue was off....this is what the Uber guy was saying out loud multiple times. "I wish" "I should've done" "I would've decided to do that" It all has to do with regret which is a definite mental poison. A mental poison which hinders progress. I said, "Look, I believe you're stuck in the past just based off your dialogue you're saying to yourself." Start saying, "I can" "I will" "For future reference, I will do this next time" This is where self sabotage/victim mindset doesn't create success, wealth, legacy, happiness. I don't mean to pick on him. However, people need to know truth. You cannot change the past, it's DONE, don't beat yourself up for it. Change now, the present in order to get to your successful future. Everyone goes through HARD SHIT, comparing doesn't get anywhere. I told him I make mistakes all the time. I'm not perfect at all. However, it's crucial to be accountable. Your family is depending on you to provide and protect. His brother was helping his bills currently and I ended off by saying, "This is the wake up call, fresh start." The Uber driver was truly thankful and we exchanged contact information for future reference. Helping others is priceless :)

Trauma galore
Doing the right thing is priceless
Ethics and Integrity is pretty much the same as setting standards. I had a client this morning and wanted a 2nd Financial Opinion to make sure there was no hidden gaps in this finance portfolio. We went through what he has and I told him straight up: "You've got a great financial blueprint, there's nothing to change. Leave as it is and we can always a review next year. Sales across many industries get bad reputations because we get commissions or get paid for a living. DOING THE RIGHT THING gives you higher status and my client recognized that. A father married with 3 kids. On the zoom you can tell he felt "peace of mind." He also was fully aware of my story with my brain surgery and not having coverage with critical illness even to this day. Client's connect as to why you're doing this. Long story short, we got 8 referrals within his circle who may need possible outside help. There was no money made here and the value was shown/created. Let's change lives here, one day at a time!

Insta follow
Hey guys 👋🏼 I am trying to keep my insta following number under 1000 and at the same time not being a$$hole. For example, I have guys from boxing gym I am meeting regularly, but their insta sucks balls and they start to follow me. They are cool guys but I have no interest following them meanwhile I don’t want to look rude to them. What is you advice in this situation? Thank you very much 🙏🏼

Harsh Truth -they're inspired by you and it sounds like you want to grow and help people in the present and in the future Have a conversation with them because everyone has blind spots and they may be oblivious to it.

Good day guys, I'm Alessandro (@canzianamc) from Toronto. Long term is to become better in every single pillar -working out, eating healthy, being confident, building wealth with multiple income streams, networking with like minded individuals, having a brotherhood, financial freedom and delegating with more time Short Term is to hit residual income of $15k per month and being able to go to more cities, more masterminds to strengthen my legacy. Always climbing mountains!
