Bodylanguage
I am currently in the process of watching every single Body Language video of 1st Man and what I soon realised is that not being reactive is one of the key lessons to body language. My problem is that i am very reactive but in a positive way for example when something falls down i am able to catch it instinctively. Also I think it's always good to be a little paranoid (like the book "only the paranoids survive"). Now I also want to have dominant body language but i don't think i could let an enemy or any potential danger near me like it's shown in this video from Kris (https://youtu.be/a8qkGcTjjjQ?si=zuSPZGnWrJf8rHpU). Any Advice on how to balance the two correctly.

@Yunes Vegat elaborate.

@Yunes Vegat what does that have to do with body language?
Creatine non responders
Apparently 1 in 4 people are non responders to creatine. I notice slight benefits in strength but may not be due to the supplement. Wondering if anyone else experienced a lack of effect (with sufficient training)?

I personally always have a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein. As protein is very insulinogenic.
Easy Habits for High Testosterone
1. Morning sunlight - sets your circadian rhythm improving your ability to fall asleep quickly and maintain quality sleep through the night. Sleep is critical for test. 2. Diet - cut out packaged, processed foods. eat fruit when you want something sweet, your basic staples should be eggs, ground beef, chicken, greek yogurt (that covers 80% of my daily caloric intake) 3. Sprints - there are solid studies on sprints increasing test levels in men drastically more than other forms of exercise 4. Lifting heavy - following sprints, lifting heavy weights is a necessity for high test level 5. Competition - engage in sports/events which force you to compete with other humans, comfort kills testosterone
