Hello everyone, I’m Alberto Martínez, and I’ve recently moved to Dallas with my wife and two daughters. Moved here to start and operate a Fence Company. Back in Mexico, I own a construction company and a fence supply business. With over $2.5 million in revenue last year. I look forward to learning from all of you to make my transition to the United States smoother.

HOW WE RUN OUR BUSINESS (from new lead to completed job)
just recorded a loom video of "how our business works" My goal was to explain how our business operates on the backend so that ANY new team member can watch the video and have a quick understanding of how things operate wanted to share with you guys in case it's helpful I cover the workflow all the way from the time we get a new website lead to the time we close out our job costing report including: -new lead -jobber form -contact information capture -calling the customer -scheduling a site walk -sending an estimate -scheduling a job -scheduling the crews -completing the job -closing out the job -sending the invoice -A/R follow up -collecting invoice -sending Job Report Form to PM -filling out Job Report Form -using Job Report Form for Job Costing Spreadsheet -tracking actual expenses on Job Costing Sheet hope this is helpful!
