I cover the workflow all the way from the time we get a new website lead to the time we close out our job costing report including:

-new lead

-jobber form

-contact information capture

-calling the customer

-scheduling a site walk

-sending an estimate

-scheduling a job

-scheduling the crews

-completing the job

-closing out the job

-sending the invoice

-A/R follow up

-collecting invoice

-sending Job Report Form to PM

-filling out Job Report Form

-using Job Report Form for Job Costing Spreadsheet

-tracking actual expenses on Job Costing Sheet
