Where to start if you don't know where to start
I responded to Maria's comment but thought others might find what I recommended to be of value. So here you go: Here's my recommendation (not just with automation, but with building your business in general). Don't move to the next step until you have the prior step dialed in: - lead generation: It doesn't matter how good a product or service if you don't consistently have people to talk to. So for you and your clients, something like an Advanced AI Assistant that could have very human-like conversation with anyone who messages in on FB, IG, etc. or who comments on a post (business page on FB) would probably be helpful. As well as a live chat widget on the website that is trained specifically on estate planning. Think about a website visitor being able to go to their site and it can answer any question on estate planning. And then throughout the conversation, it suggests scheduling a call to actually implement the plan it helped create. Your client could become THE go-to person. - lead conversion: once you're consistently generating leads, the next step is to turn them into appointments and clients. Things like an automated Infinite Follow-up Campaign could nurture leads until the buy, bye-bye or die (LOL, it is estate planning after all). The Live chat widget could also qualify and book appointments from website visitors. And what's even better, with an Advanced AI Call Confirmation Assistant, it can confirm appointments and reschedule if that time no longer works for the person. - onboarding/fulfillment: now that you have leads and appointments and sales, the next step is automating the onboarding and fulfillment. For estate attorneys, there's probably on onboarding form that the person needs to complete. What if instead of a boring form, they got a call from AI Amy and just had a conversation (with the AI capturing all the needed info)? - Client Success/Experience: are you regularly checking in with clients? Afterwards, are you asking how their experience was and how it can be improved? All of this is very easy to setup with AI and Automations.

I spend 50 -100 hours on something and then toss it : ( I'm onto something now, but it seems like such a long game... we shall see if the pattern continues.
