Carson, I am also a coach with Team Iron Cowboy. I just wanted to add to James’s comment. Since your race is in like 2 weeks almost you really just have this week where you’ll have your last really big long ride before you start to taper if you do a 2 week taper. So treat that ride like you would your race. Eat the same breakfast you plan on eating and then practice eating the same stuff you plan on eating with a good electrolyte drink mix. James and I both use 1st Phorm products in our bottles and they’re great. Around 300 calories per hour is usually and good mark to aim for on the bike and on the run 100-150 calories per hour.
