This is my Yellow Belt Test , done today , 12/24/2024. M/16kg/2:15 Need to work on landing my clean better (not slamming the wrists), though there's a bit of improvement on my snatches (landing on the top feels a bit better, but can be improved with better iterations... work in progress. @Fergus Watson yea I totally agree. After posting this and analyzing it, I could see where I can still improve and lessen the possibility of injuries performing these movements. There are some drills I can work on and I need to work on my timing especially in top of the movement. Thank you for the great tips 👊🏽
