When can the people interested in event book calls with us? Only after they have bought the three day event or before, when they are contemplating weather to join or not?

Right now, we are set up to talk to prospects only -after- they have purchased a ticket for the upcoming three-day event. That said, the event organizers have offered some of our reps the opportunity to contact prospects who started the checkout process but didn't complete the purchase. This would help reps earn extra commissions while also developing a deeper connection with their assigned prospects.

@Fabienne Egger We have gotten back the results to two commissioned studies on the Rich Dad leads. Based on the data we can get a clearer picture of the people we will be talking too. Overview - Average age: 44 - Average income: 125k+ - Average investable assets: 75% of attendees have 50k or more to invest - Average Net Worth 500k-1.5m USD - Nearly 55/45% Male to Female ratio

Hey @Samer Tawil, glad to see you on the call! In the upcoming trainings, I'll do my best to point out the small but powerful techniques Frans is doing on these calls. They are often difficult to spot, but it is very important to not skip when on sales calls. These little actions all make a big difference in conversion rates.
