I should have also said - They are very helpful when you are running through dials.

Well basically, as soon as one person doesn't pick up, it dials the next one. So you need to do stretching exercises, put on loose clothing, belt yourself into your desk chair, and hang on for good luck. It saves an immense amount of time, but I also found it was "too fast" at times. I can pause it to make notes. Mine pauses while I type but the moment I stop typing I'm on the roller coasted again. I didn't use it a lot because it was so friggin fast. I would triple dial people and follow up with an email that said it was me calling and the reason for my call. None of that is possible with a speed dial. But if all you wanted to do was "dial" a maximum number of people in a specific time, you could make good use of it.

Simple engagement. The Skool has to fit in with the natural flow of someone's day to enhance it, or it becomes a distraction more so than an attraction.
