Hey everyone.. Wow what a journey! A lot of you know but I want to officially announce… I quit the smoothie shop then the same day, I got hired for my first sales role as a setter! It’s been a week since working and wow it's been crazy, surreal, fun, a roller coaster hah all of it. I want to come on here and say this.. Number 1, go for it! If you think you can't.. Go for it, and again and again because whether or not you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. I'm lucky to have been surrounded by all you guys. Being surrounded by people like you gave me the push I needed in key moments. That leads me to number 2.. Thank you. Thank you to all of you sincearly, but especially a select few @Rolissa Rugamba , @Avi Tejeiro , @Brianna Rettis , @Victor Alvarez y'all have been THERE for me thorough and through and 🫶🫶. I not only am grateful for you guys, I know I have mostly made a joke of this but the pain I have been experiencing the health struggles I’ve been experiencing have been honestly.. crushing at times. Especially this past month. I didn't know I could push through I genuinely had to question if I could continue and having you 4 made a world of a difference. Ugh I don't want to get too soppy but you know🫶. 3, @Matt Menton ! This guy! Haha Matt’s the goat. Whether I am panicking, need to have the same thing explained to me a 4th time, or I’m feeling discouraged you have had my back all the way. I couldn't have don't this with out you. @Madison DeCoste , @Matt Menton , @Dylan Asena you guys have created something so special here. I feel lucky to have ended up in this place, and be on this journey with you all! This is a place not only where you learn sales but you become the best version of yourself there is. Guys this is such a small win but I only just started this course a couple of days ago; I'm not even onboarded yet. But I am just finishing Phase 2 (DM setting) and there is an exercise at the end where it shows an example of someone chatting with chatGPT and trying to set them, and it said that it is nearly impossible to set chatGPT, and I DID IT!!!! Here is the end of the conversation:

September 25th, was the day I quit my old ecom offer as a setter and joined this community. At first I was hesitant, did NOT wanna drop a 4 figure investment into another course that I wasn't sure I was gonna get results. I was super low on money, thousands of dollars in debt and just feeling like high ticket sales was super hard. Then after chatting with @Dean Rupert and getting to know Maddie a little bit more on the free sales community, I decided to give this a shot, and pull the trigger. It's time to learn from someone who's done it and get to my goals. At the time I joined, I just left a SDR outbound setting offer that I have been for the past 3 months with an average income of $1.3k/month...Disgusting 🤮. I learned that offers matter A LOT. And I was in a bad offer! Hence why it was extremely hard for me to grow my income. After only a week in Maddie's program I got placed into a small Ecom offer as a closer and helped the business owner scale his coaching business from 10-13k/month to over 30k/month. 3x his whole revenue in less than a month with me being the only closer working. A week after, I found myself a great opportunity in a B2B offer and took that opportunity to hone in my skills, increase my income and fully pack my calendar! Boy it wasn't easy! My calendar was totally full! But I can't complain that I had too much on my plate when my goal was to eat 😮‍💨 (Although I am in a cutting phase lol). With 2 offers, I had to open up my weekends, start my days at 6 AM and work extremely hard to get to where I am currently. Now from day 1 of this month till the 21st I have collected 7.2k in commissions and on track of earning that sweet 10k/month in only 2 months from joining this program. I learned a lot along the way but one of the key things that helped me was my discipline, resilience and tenacity. It's about putting in the extra work, working weekends, sacrificing the now for the better future. When you start putting in the work, the results show...and having been able to make that money is just a result of the hard work I put in!

Less than 1 month in Maddie's program and managed to land a high ticket offer!! I wouldn't have been in this position if I hadn't joined this program and met the people I've met in this program!! Shoutout to @Matt Menton for the continuous guidance and patience he has on our coaching call. I think I blow up his notification with questions and call reviews every day🫣!! And @Madison DeCoste @Dylan Asena for all the valuable advice you guys have thrown my way!! And most importantly, everyone that helped me along the way, running mocks with me, helping me prep for interviews, etc. Being surrounded by an atmosphere of people with so much drive and discipline is such a game changer!!! Let's keep crushing it!!
