Hi @Alex Chisnall - thanks for the lesson on the dream listener. Can you point me to the workbook you showed to see where I have some gaps. I have already done a lot of the work you describe but was watching on my phone and couldn’t see the screen properly and what was in the doc. My persona is called Alex and I have them/they down to a lot of detail already through a parallel process I am doing on my social and content strategy. That work will clearly feed directly into Podcasts - topics, tone, brand, style etc.

Over 35 years, I’ve worked in marketing, communications, training, and coaching across industries while living in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. South African born, now based in the Lake District in the UK, I’m building something deeply personal: Owning Your Space.
