Everyone's first hire is different...The only right answer to who your first hire should be is who you need the most at that given point in your agency to get back your time. The first person I ever hired was a general assistant back in 2022. Learning Automation only makes someone a Freelancer. But knowing how to build Automated Systems which improve others Business makes us Automation consultant or a Business owner. I was going over 'Buy Back Your Time' again during the weekend and wanted to drop into the community this absolute gem that I overlooked when first listening to the book. 1-3-1 Rule Before any of your team members come to you for help give them a chance to think for themselves by instructing them to follow the 1-3-1 Rule Before they come to you they need to; - Define the ONE problem that needs to be solved - Offer THREE viable solutions - Make ONE suggestions from that list of possible solutions Most of the time they will answer their own question rather than taking time away from your day! I'll be going over some SOPs this week to include this - if you have an agency and a team I recommend you do the same 👍
