The wins keep stacking, hard to remember all of them. Biggest win of all though, consistency. I’ve never been this consistent going to the gym or performing any physically strenuous activity in my life. It has transformed not only my physical, but my mental. The days you don’t want to go are the most important days to go and that’s something I never had the courage to believe before. Keep kicking ass and remember, it’s only the beginning of a journey for a lifetime of freedom.
Introducing Justin!!
Optimize fellas....I want to introduce you guys to @Justin Baro !! He was consistent in the gym during Covid, but has fallen off in the past few years...he struggles with the "skinny fat" look, but we see huge potential and he is hungry to unlock it!! He works at Disney, just went to Japan, and is ready to break out of the "Doom Scrolling" habit Let's give him an optimal welcome!

Introducing Alex!
Hey guys, i want to introduce @Alex Fedorov into the Growth Games community! He lives in Australia, he's 23, and like most of us here, he's passionate about beating procrastination and growing in self-confidence! He works in sales, and is working on building his accountability group! We're looking to build a solid 10-15 pounds of lean muscle over the next 6 months, and dial in some of these hypertrophy habits! let's give Alex an optimal welcome fellas

Why is getting fit important to you?
If you don't truly want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably not. Inverting this: if you really DO want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably. We are all here for more or less the same reasons: build muscle, grow in self-confidence, and become better versions of ourselves. But why are achieving those outcomes actually important to you? Why do you really want to get fit?

Being fit is important to me for several reasons. It helps me maintain discipline and organization. Mental fortitude and physical strength are required to overcome some of life’s toughest challenges. Due to how unpredictable these challenges may be, it only makes sense to continuously condition myself to achieve more both mentally and physically everyday. It’s important for me to look in the mirror and see someone who’s willing to lay it all on the line to be a protector for his family and friends. I want to feel confident enough in my abilities that even others around me would never question it. Despite the obvious physical improvements, there’s a mental resilience that I’ve become familiar with and have adopted since starting my journey. It’s all about your “why” and my “why” has always been to push myself to see who I really am and what I’m truly capable of. To be an example, for myself and others.
