I would go from maximizing the monetization of my time energy and sacrifice to finding a recruiting director to bring on a team of directors (subject matter experts with 15+ years of experience building and managing teams in their subject matter) who will come in and build the management and representative teams in every business operation I run as a single person business (consultations, marketing, sales, admin, billing). Then I would have those directors repeat the process with any arbitrage opportunity I’d like to pursue (or have pursued in the past as a single person business), creating portfolios companies in which I am the founder or co-founder.

Raising price means my customers can be in a whole different class of community. Kinda like how offers typically become more higher ticket when catered to businesses compared to consumers. “Gotta pay $5000 to sit at this table” compared to $500 is a big difference, especially on a recurring basis.

Yes! The constraint of many businesses is that their business is a job not an asset with a team that runs it entirely. I am currently in this stage. However, I also believe in the importance of going through a Rocky cut scene and maximizing monetization of time and energy before transitioning from consultations with customers to consultations with employees.

@Alexi Drouin I very much appreciate you! I got you, Mr. Alexi! I have never been to SXSW, yet many of my clients have performed there over the years. I am pushing the 432hz master resonance frequency back into music, so I am very exclusive where I go and vibe at. I dislike being barraged with 440hz, the frequency causing anxiety and depression in our society. I love networking at events tuned to natural resonance, which I have only witnessed when I have been host, with a crowd at ease and flowing. Maybe one day all the production will be natural again and I will be at ease outside of a Tool concert at a SXSW show .

@Alexi Drouin Yes, for my avatar, I am debating whether to continue growing as a music producer or as a business growth comsultant for my side hustle while I work car sales as my day job. My constraints is I am starting back from 0 with no laptop that can run what I need to and messed up credit but massive amounts of experience and testimonials under my belt in music production and two small businesses I have consulted from very low income and struggling to get more to booming 6-7 figs a month and scalable. I am leaning more towards business growth as my focus, helping servicers grow to 6-7 figs, as it only takes my time effort and sacrifice consulted remotely via my phone. I am sure you’ll see my Skool community soon enough!
