Hello everyone! I write in complete vulnerability, but also with optimism. I came across Kyle's FB post a few months ago, signed up for the course, and it's just been sitting in my inbox. Today, out of frustration with trading, I remembered that I had the course and decided to open it. I'm currently a funded Trader with Apex, but had a health crisis earlier this year that caused me to forget a LOT of what I had learned trading. I wasn't adamant about keeping a trade journal (believe me this time I will), so I couldn't go back and look at what worked. I've consistently taken losses in my PA but am determined not to blow it and will put in the learning and work this time to be granted a payout. I TRULY believe that trading will change my life. Not for all of the materialistic glitz and glamour that's shown on Youtube and social media, but to have time to spend with my aging Mother who I will inevitably have to care for (it's literally just her and I since my Father passed away in 2022). Fear and self doubt seem to constantly plague my spirit, but I'm determined to not let them win! I WILL NOT GIVE UP! Much success to everyone trying to better themselves and their families! Merry Christmas to me! After being down on the day, I got into this trade, and it looked like it had the potential to get my account to the payout mark. Almost stopped me out right toward the beginning, and I actually lost 2 of my 10 contracts at the stop loss line before it retraced. It started looking really good, but with only 8 contracts left, I had to move my profit target lower if I still wanted to get my account to a payout today. I did so, but then noticed that price was going to have to cross the $70 round number resistance line to get to my profit target... a bit sketchy, but with some tense patience... It did! It bounced off of my profit target twice in 10 minutes, and I got filled on the second bounce. Another second at my stop loss line probably would have closed out this entire trade at a loss. Instead, it's one of my biggest wins ever. So very thankful to God for how this trade worked out, how trading on the whole is working out, and for continued growth at this. 🙏 I know I'm still a noob, with a lot of room to grow, so a big thank you to everyone who's been making helpful posts, and giving encouragement along the way, with the biggest thank you by far to you, @Kyle Henris!
