Edit: It's the next day after I posted this, and it was a much better day of trading. Don't go tilt!!! Save your money for when the market is more favorable. There WILL be more opportunities in the future! Frustrating loss today had/has me feeling tilted. I'm hopeful that fighting for self-control, and moving past days like today without taking excessive losses will help me to get where I need to be as far as my mental game and skills are concerned. See definition below, and see if you can relate. The slang term "tilt" means to become angry or frustrated, or to be in a state of mental or emotional distress. It can also refer to losing control due to negative emotions and behaving erratically.

Reaching out to the group for some help and feedback...I've been patient (not over trading, not taking trades in non-plan areas) and have only taken trades that meet my criteria yet I have taken 5 losses in a row over the past two days. Another positive: my position sizing has been small enough that I'm not yet at risk of losing my accounts. But, 5 losses in a row just sucks - it undermines my patience, since a bunch of losses in a row reduces my confidence that the strategy will *eventually* work. Help? Anyone been in this position before and recovered to be profitable? How did you recover? Is the answer simply more and more back testing?
