Hi, beautiful community! 🌟 I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to onboard every single one of you. Yesterday, I had the chance to meet Sahil, who is an amazing and beautiful person full of wisdom. 🌱 He's a yogi and has also designed and learned about various school communities to help them truly become real, supportive communities. 🧘‍♂️ He shared so much knowledge with me, knowledge I didn’t have until yesterday, about what a community really is and how we can interact to bring each other value. 💡 My biggest takeaway from our conversation is that this community is our community. It’s not just mine. mobility & repair session
Hey, beautiful community! Sharing a quick snippet of my mobility and repair session this morning. My goal is to get stronger, faster, and more flexible, but with some injuries, I’ve had to focus on healing first. I’m stepping back with my pistol squats, easing into the pain, and learning to respect it instead of pushing through. If any of you deal with chronic injuries, how do you manage them? Let me know if you'd like more tips on how the brain perceives and heals pain! 💪✨

@Marion Petrina Hey Marion, okay, I got you. I also have injuries of this kind, and I completely understand. I will get back to you on this topic at a later stage. Meanwhile, it's important to keep moving, stretching, and massaging—keeping those areas alive. If there’s tension or pain, it means they need attention from us. Once I’ve found something good to implement, I’ll share it with you. But in the meantime, if anyone has something that’s helped them, please feel free to share. Thank you!

Hello everyone ! Do you have a morning routine that put you in the "best" mode for succeeding your day ? Here is mine: Write down 3 things you're grateful for every day Benefits: Positive outlook, positive emotions Meditate for 10 minutes a day Benefits: Clear thinking, concentration, reduced anxiety 30 minutes of physical activity per day Benefits: Endorphins, increased energy levels Read 10 pages a day Benefits: New ideas, inspiration, increased knowledge Plan your day the night before Benefits: Daily vision, clear objectives, focus, and structure Practice visualization Benefits: Confidence, motivation, and preparation Limit screen time Benefits: More ideas, time-boxed screen usage Calm and Clear Environment Benefits: Concentration and efficiency Feel free to share yours and your feedback as well !!!

@Aomar Bariz Wow, this is amazing, Aomar. I am so happy you shared this with us. Everything you've written is something I definitely believe in. Can you please tell us when you start this routine and maybe let us know the before and after, how you feel? Let us know if you notice any progress, if it's difficult, so we can implement some of your wisdom and tips as well. For myself, I actually try to keep my routine quite easy. In the morning, I wake up and, ideally, do some articular mobility exercises, without warming up, to awaken my central nervous system. After that, I continue with some strength and body exercises, along with some cardio, like skipping rope. Then I dive straight into work for as many hours as possible, including my coaching sessions and freelance work. During the day, I try to integrate movement. Often, midday, I head to a gym club where I train in gymnastics and trampoline with athletes who are far more experienced than me. It pushes me a lot, which I love. In the evenings, I usually attend a dance class because it brings me so much joy. I know it's a lot of movement, but I’ve realized that being very active, both physically and mentally, works best for me. Doing hard work, but also balancing it with movement, really keeps me energized. Visualization , I would love to add that to my routine as it is the most potent tool that exists I believe. @Angela Perry is really insightful when it comes to journalaling Meditation @Martin Schubert is probably our man.

@Aomar Bariz "Yeah, I hope this inspires you! You can definitely do the same. I usually walk on the treadmill or use a stationary bike while typing or writing. It feels natural, keeps the blood flowing, and actually helps with focus. I find it hard to stay still, so I change positions often—walking, sitting, cycling—and this movement throughout the day really helps with back pain and keeps me active. For workouts like gymnastics or dance, of course, I'm fully focused, but for work, it's nice to keep moving. Do you think you'll give it a try?"
