It’s not about just pushing buttons; it’s about figuring out how to create better creatives. I also really liked the red-yellow-green method. I do have one question, though: I’ve seen other media buyers not wait until the ad set/ad has spent 1.5 to 2 times the KPI but instead wait 2-3 days after it hits the target KPI before deciding whether to scale or kill it.
