Minutes 1-5 are posted in the Classroom Area
The ideas presented here will be expanded upon, so keep your eyes open for updates. As with many things worth doing ... consistency is KEY. Bruce Lee famously stated... "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." These five minutes are your daily "kick" practice. Practiced 10 times? ... you'll notice a change in yourself Practiced 100 times? Others will notice a change in you. After having been practiced 10,000 times? You, my friend, will be a force to be feared. For no matter what life throws your way. You will rise up again, and again, and again. Consider this your "stake in the ground" during your uphill climb to greatness. Your resolution to never be pushed past this point. To never again be at "rock bottom" When life knocks you down... To get up ... and get up quickly ... Moving forward with Intentional Intensity The next two minutes are all about maximizing your forward momentum. They are POWERFUL my friend. And I look forward to sharing them with you this week.

Breathe........
I did the breathing exercise.It's amazing how something that seems so small can be felt all over your body in a short amount of time.It definitely takes some practice,lol

@Kyle Culpepper we're born knowing how to breathe. 'Proper' breathing does indeed take some practice. And you're right about the significance gains in just a short period. It's similar to optimizing the intake and exhaust of a classic muscle car ... the improvements can be significant Even more amazing nothing was added or replaced, just helping the different parts work more efficiently together. Martial Arts does provide inspiration for what will be taught here ... among other disciplines we'll be borrowing from. In a world where everyone is seeking that 'secret' that is going to provide an edge (while giving no thought to the true cost involved), what you'll find here is a return to "back to basics". No magic... No secrets... No tricks... Just simple tried-and-true ways of maintaining a high level of physical/mental/emotional performance. ... OR ... A path to returning to optimum performance, if the long-term costs of all those sought after 'secrets' is finally setting in. Enjoy the recently added videos. As you'll see, the only 'magic' in what I teach is the power of CONSISTENCY.
