Bruce Lee famously stated...
"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."
These five minutes are your daily "kick" practice.
Practiced 10 times? ... you'll notice a change in yourself
Practiced 100 times? Others will notice a change in you.
After having been practiced 10,000 times?
You, my friend, will be a force to be feared.
For no matter what life throws your way.
You will rise up again, and again, and again.
Consider this your "stake in the ground" during your uphill climb to greatness.
Your resolution to never be pushed past this point.
To never again be at "rock bottom"
When life knocks you down...
