So I had done a bunch of “health challenges” in the past to either prove something or lose weight quick and the problem was that it confined me to a challenge. As soon as the challenge was over I went back to who I was Joining Mindfit and using Dan as a coach helped me not only create a plan to lose weight and strengthen my body. But he gave me the tools to actually change! Now I’m not loosing weight or working out for a challenge. But because that is who I am now. This change has helped me out in other parts of my life. Weather is was losing my job due to lay offs or reconnecting relationships that I thought were long gone. The strength I gained through having Dan as a coach helped me navigate what was important and what was healthiest for my life. He helped me in all aspects. And I’m glad that I had him and this community to get me to where I am!
