Change of Plans!
Hey Friends, I have to cancel our morning fitness meetings until further notice. I have had a few emergencies pop up in the last few days.... But I encourage you to use the Classroom, where there are class recordings you can do. I really hope you stick to your fitness. I know it helps when we all meet together. I will let you know as soon as we can start them up again. I would really love it of you make a post/comment on what class you did and how you felt after, bonus points if you post a pic of yourself during/after a class. I am proud of you for sticking to it! I appreciate your patience with this situation. See you soon!

Hey friends 👋 I’m looking forward to our morning fitness meeting tomorrow 7:30am. We will do a yoga and breathing session. So you will just need a yoga mat, and maybe a cushion to sit on for comfort.
