Credibility-hack. Leverage the credibility of others through close association. When I got started on YouTube I was a spotty, uneducated, teenager. I had zero credibility. So I procrastinated on making content for ages. "Why would anyone want to listen to me?" So I borrowed the credibility Stoicism to start uploading videos: https://www.youtube.com/@AndrewKirbys/videos (sort by oldest). I was never claiming I was an expert. I was saying "Marcus Aurelius was an expert, and here's what he said." It worked! I started growing my audience. It's worth noting you can credibility hack in many ways. Leverage science (like Rian Doris), leverage celebrities (like Jeff Bezos Vs Elon Musk's morning routine), or really anything else that has credibility. Then I realised that I had overcome my procrastination around uploading videos, so now I had some credibility around that topic. "I used to procrastinate, now I don't, here's how I did it." I went from borrowing other's credibility to having a bit of my own. I started being the 'productivity guy' Launched a flagship digital product. Made $1M in 2 years. So... if you don't have credibility... Credibility-hack!

Hi Guys, first time posting here ! I have been re-making thumbnails recently, of videos on YouTube that have already been released but have not performed well due to what I believe is the thumbnail. I've been striving to get better and better to create the best thumbnails possible. I was wondering if anyone who has some YT videos lined up would be up for me creating some thumbnails for your videos at no cost to you! In order to be legitimate and create content for others, I have to grow my own socials first. I've started the instagram account @houselink.fr. I am trying to create some original content in a niche that's very popular already. The account is in French but it's easy to understand the style of content I am posting. In my experience it doesn't 𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚 make perfect sense out of the box, and I think it might be more intuitive if you start using notion to simply start it like a linked note tool from scratch, and learn as you go. I had bought both of those, and they've been sitting in my notion, and I've been using a few features of it here and there, very slowly. It's taken me time to actually want to integrate them into my life. My idea is, actually build content plans here within the templates with the aim that it will make it easier to keep thoughts organized. Andrew's advice of basically "use new tools 𝘼𝙎 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢" and also a bit of a notion learning curve applied. My brain didn't synchronize with them originally, and I don't know if it will become second nature, but I'm finding wisdom in organize things this way as I'm working on some execution.
