The beginning was tough, but I found the experiences I've gained growing up in the industry and having a family restaurant helpful in my teenage years and early adult life helpful. I also built a clinic business for 3 years. Now jumping back into the F&B industry.. long story short. You will get 4x the output when you have an amazing partner by your side and I learned that if you do things together you gain much more distance and leverage in any industry.
