It takes courage to say no.
An expert who is confident in his consultation will have the courage to tell a prospect that a particular solution is not right for the prospect. Mihir is that expert. He could have very easily told me something random to convince me, and sold me a solution. But he didn't. To me, that's a mark of greatness.
