I’m really curious about what you’ve all been exploring lately when it comes to diets and exercise plans... 🍎💪 What have you been investing your time and effort into to boost your health and fitness? I've tried quite a few in my time and nothing has given me the results like WrestleFit has. It is pretty solid, but there were definitely some learning and growing that I needed to do. So now, I want to hear from you: - What’s the name of the last diet or exercise plan you tried? - Was there anything missing from it that you wish it had covered more? Drop your thoughts below! If I see some common themes and know enough about the topic, I’ll create some new training to fill in those gaps. And guess what?
