Hiya
Hi I'm Louise 49 mother of 2 a boy aged 12 and a girl aged 9. I have 2 jobs one is supporting a young man with complex needs and the other is supporting young people with autism on a small farm so life is incredibly busy!! I am perimenopausal and trying to get through each day feeling ok at the end!! Doing this new way of eating has certainly made me feel better and more focused and its great to be here to support you and get any advice I can to just feel ok!!! X
