Welcome to my Women’s Sports Injury Prevention community, a space for coaches, academies, parents and youth female athletes.
I run programs that transition from outdated, injury-prone sports training not intended for girls to holistic, methods and training techniques. These techniques significantly reduce injury risk and optimize player performance, enabling clubs, coaches, and parents help players thrive confidently, win more games, and develop lifelong skills on and off the pitch.
I’m a pro-level soccer coach who got tired of watching female athletes get injured and have to quit before they had a chance to show their talent. ACL tears are at their highest for women. It’s time for change!
