Hi there, how are you?β¦β¦.. I want you to STOPπ and really think about that. I lived as a Monk for 14 years and part of our practice was to do this regularly! What is happening for me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spirtually. This allowed me to be aware of what I needed to look at and nuture if needed. If I didn't do this, my meditation and service would be harder.
