James and CT have been training athletes of all ages for the last 12 years, run performance training for high schools and universities, and spent the last three years helping physical education teachers level the playing field, engage more students and create more positivity associations with physical activity for students in the Ohio. By creating this community they hope to bring these concepts to all curious and passionate physical eduction teachers who are on a mission to create a healthier America.
