BOOK UPDATE: All invoices have been paid to our suppliers, and fulfilment people. Contracts are signed and whatnot too. If you haven't received your book yet, don't sweat. They've finished the first printing run, and delivery is imminent.

Thank you for your patience, seeing how eager many of you are to get your grubby mitts into the book is incredible. I can't wait for you to get your hands on it.
