So if credit karma doesn’t work when you try to dispute an account with transunion , I tried an alternative with Ty’s method and was able to get one of the hardest accounts off my transunion report!! Step 1: Call transunion +1 (800) 916-8800 Step 2: Robot will ask why you’re calling. Say “dispute account” ( And after that will ask you to wait on the line for agent. If they don’t offer you a option to communicate through text, say “I want to text customer service” ) Step 3. If they offer communication through text Press 1 to to communicate with them by text. Step 4: refer to text messages in attached file to see what i said Step 5 : when you’re on the dispute section , Select this option “Not mine or no knowledge of this account. In the comments section COPY AND PASTE WORD FOR WORD “This is not my account. I have no knowledge of this account. 15 USC 1681b You should be able to do this directly on their site without having to call and text them but I took the call and text route and seen success so hope this helped. I got my results within 3-4 days
